Ok, I'm blogging in here because I'm fat again.
All that weight I lost at Uni decided to come back and huant me!! T_T
I reckon it's all those holidays I've been having and all that good food I've been eating. Damn me and my love for food.
And so, here we are, back at square one.
From now on, I need to lose weight. I've been saying it so much but it's soooooooooo not on!!!
I need to choose wisely when I go out for meals and STOP EATING SO MUCH. Motivate me people.
I also decided to look into dance classes for some extra exercise points. I joined race for life hoping it would spur me on to do more running, but it doesn't seem to have. I do more...that I used to hah. Still not enough.
Going to start up my food diary, that way, I'll be so ashamed of what I am eating that I will stop eating so much. yeh?

* an egg
* mushrooms
* 2 slices ham
1 glass Orange juice (pure)
This will last me until dinner time as I ate quite late anyway, and I'm going out for dinner tonight :P
