amaaazing day. first the singer from cute is what we aim for commented me back on myspace...score!
then, i went to see mxpx at chain reaction with Francis. Aaron, the sound guy for ASI productions got us in free. Then i saw this other sound guy that my friend knows and i told him "my friend knows you," thus, we started a friendship, his name is mikey. I got the new new year's day cd and the singer signed it. The whole show, i got to stay in the light booth, so i saw the whole thing! After the show, we waited around and got to go backstage to meet the band because mikey let us. I took pics with all the guys from Mxpx and they posed all fun for me. Then, i went outside and met Francis's friend Craig, he's in a band called No one goes home. He was one of the nicest guys I've ever met AAnd he's from Detroit.
Its fun meeting random people and having adventurous nights.
Tomorrow night: goodbye luna show and i get to take pictures!
Geez, I'm going to too many shows!
Next up: Jack's Mannequin/ Dashboard Confessional AND boys like girls....possibly paramore and the startingline too!
Oh, and my first article got published in the daily titan. Its a small article about the humanities buildings...its a start!
