hold on to me

man, i'm so tired and i have no idea why. i feel like i've run a marathon or something. the only thing i've done today is walked. walked and walked and walked and by the time i got back home i could hardly breathe (yet i still insisted on smoking at the same time so it's my own fault really.) speaking of which, i think i might just stop smoking ( Read more... )

*waves*

Hope the season change isn't getting to you? It's good you excersised a little, despite smoking on the way. (Not that I can really talk...)

Giving up smoking is hard as hell. Just stop yourself from buying decks and you should be fine. I've stopped purely because I don't want to waste money, but I'll have the odd cigarette when I'm sloshed out of my head. Lets make a non-smoking pact, then, shall we?

Don't have time to read the birthday fic as I've an exam in the morning, but I'm sure it's lovely.

Hope your weekend was good!

Indeed, why are you on lj when you should be studying/sleeping, hmm? *hugs*

Because I'm trying to avoid studying/sleeping. My bed's too big and my books are aggravating. (Why don't you inspire me, hmm?) *smirk*

I mean *hug*

Oh dear, this again. (May I remind you we're on Jordan's journal? 0_o)

I'll see you in about 10 hours, surely you can amuse yourself until then. And then we'll see just how inspiring I can be *g*

Oh Jordan, did you have to break my heart? *cries*

I know Draco's reaction was the most realistic one, no one in their right mind would agree to Harry's spontaneous, drunken 'Come on a date with me'. But at the same time, the last paragraph, which you told in Harry’s point of view, really made me feel sorry for him. The last line was particularly heartwrenching, and I really love how you brought the fic to a close by reminding us of how it began.

I remembered Draco’s face lighting up when he saw the snow as I read the last line, and to find out that it’s Harry who caused that happiness, yet Draco didn’t know that, was very devastating for me. I wonder, if Draco has known, would he agree to go out with Harry? *sad smile*

::mends broken heart:: i'm sorry hon! ::comforts::

and maybe he would have gone out with him had he known. but personally i think that would have been a disastrous route given the state harry's got himself in. :\

& thanks hon ♥

Awww... you're sweet. *cuddles*

You're right of course. Harry's alcohol inebriated state, where he fucks man, woman (or animal? 0_o) isn't what Draco deserves. :)

*smiles* I'm not sure how to start this comment! lol. I'm still ridiculously tired, and I'm at work, and I don't think the two espressos I had this morning made me more alert. In fact, I think I got more tired, lol ( ... )

yay! ::gropes:: i'm glad you liked! i wasn't sure if you would (and i know you like fluff & i did honestly try hard to do it but it went down a dark, dark route ::shakes::)

i think in this harry really does love draco and that's why he went to such extreme lengths to make him happy... but at the same time i think draco made the right decision ::nods::

don't worry about rushing to complete the fic. all in good time, dear :D ::hugs::

Well, I'm always glad when people stop smoking, simply because I abhor it (bad issues with the poppy). I have no issues with people that smoke, just smoking itself. Wait, does that make sense? Eh.

hmm. not entirely! O_o is it the cigarettes you don't like? or the action of smoking (so the same with people smoking roll ups, joints... heroin!?)

Er. Hmmm. It's sort of like, I don't frown upon people that smoke but the action itself? As in, I wouldn't be the type of person that would make a significant other stop smoking or refuse to date someone for it. I just might ask them not to, say, smoke inside.

Because my dad is, and has always been, such a heavy smoker, I grew up having people frown at me no matter what type of de-odorizers my mother bought. I've had friends telling me there parents said they couldn't see me any more because they thought I smoked since I was 7. Seven, and people thought I was smoking! Because of those sort of people, I've always resented smoking... but it isn't as if I resented my dad for it. I guess it doesn't make sense because my child-thought-out logic doesn't really hold true any longer.

no, i'd be exactly the same in my house. i smoke, but i wouldn't let anyone do it inside. or i'd have a room or something that would be just for that.

and i've seen little kids (that look as young as seven) smoking on the street O_O

*sniffs* So sad (lovely, especially the snow, but sad) ... maybe Harry can pull himself together? If he'd do anything for Draco, maybe he'd take care of himself to win Draco? I live in hope ...

Good luck with the quitting smoking thing. I quit many many many years ago ... wasn't as hard for me as for some people, although times of major stress are the most difficult. *sends encouraging vibes your way*

i always think there's hope. and although harry did lay off the drink and drugs for a good while, when he executed his plan to get draco, he needed a drink to calm his nerves. so what happens on the wedding day? or the day they move in? or when they have a vicious argument? i think in this situation its best that they stay away from each other. at least for now :)

::grabs encouraging vibes:: thanks hon! i really should go cold turkey from now but i still have half a packet and will just be thinking of them if i don't smoke (ok i'm making excuses but i'm not even on 10 a day so sue me :P)
