Dunno if you had any special powers back home, or were even human, but everyone wakes up a normal human here. After the town has dicked with you for a bit sometimes they give back a power, or make you a bit closer to what you were back home, but my suit here has taken months to get back together and I'm still missing a few things.

To be honest, she's only half-listening to his explanation. Oh, yes, she got the important parts, but for the rest of it, she's thinking of Sternbild, of her parents and her friends, of the people who need her help, of the corporate sponsors, of the other Heroes. How would they be faring without her? And...how would she fare in this new place, without her powers?
Then he introduces himself, and she snaps back to reality.]

I haven't heard of Sternbild so, I'll just guess its a different Earth. You are from Earth, right?

It was kind of long and complicated, and whenever I asked about it, I got a lot of nasty looks. I know there were a bunch of alternate ones but it was over my head most of the time.
