depends on where you want to upload them from, if you want to upload them from your computer (digital camera pictures/stuff from a scanner) you have to find an image server on the internet. (www.walagata.com is good, thats what i use) after that, where you type yor entry type the following...
instead of writing http://www.example.com/image.jpg you would write the url of your picture
