Not studying!
Tomorrow I am taking my final portion of the Florida Teacher Certification Exams. I bought a study guide to help me, but I have yet to use it. I took the diagnostic test and found that I only got about half of the questions right. I hope the real thing isn't that hard because I have a feeling that I'm not going to learn much between now and 8:30AM tomorrow!
Yesterday we went on a field trip to the Manatee Center in Ft. Pierce. It was such an awesome field trip and everybody had a great time! Miss Alexander and I went seining and caught a crab, some cone jellies, and a few little bait fish. I can't wait to be a teacher... I'm all about those kind of field trips!
Last night we went to the mall to put my phone number on Jeremy's account. Since we renewed our contract, I decided that I wanted a new phone. So, somehow I talked myself into buying the I-phone. It is freakin awesome! I can't believe the technology that went into making a phone. The main reason that I bought it is because everytime I drive my car somewhere far away, I get really really lost. This phone has a built in GPS and mapping feature. It knows where you are! No more stopping at shady gas stations and asking workers who don't know where they are themselves to begin with!
I can't believe that I'll be teaching by Fall next year. It seems so weird. I hope I'm ready and I hope that I have what it takes to make it throught the first year! If there is a God, I hope that he gives me organization powers like none other!
