So it's been a long, long time since i've done a proper LJ update. Seeing how i fully expect each and every one of you to update daily, it's only right if i do so once in a while too, right? What have i been up to for the past 2 months? Nothing. Ok, not really nothing. I'm not hiding anything from you guys, i've just been in a (somewhat) blissful state of ignorance. Ignoring the fact that i have to click the graduate button on ROSI, ignoring the fact that i have to go talk to my professors regarding my term papers, ignoring work by doing things that make me think that i'm being productive and ignoring work by doing things that i know aren't conducive to being productive. Too bad that only works for so long.
So, roommate and i signed up for grad photos in november. Like, WTF?! I seem to clearly recall high school grad pics and now this? I didn't care much for them then, and i don't care much for them now. Wear a white collared shirt, yeah gimme the gown, honorary diploma and bouquet of plastic roses and let's get this over with.
I've fallen into the same trap that happens every semester in which i swore would not happen to me this year. I think i would even bet against me in this case.
Alright, enough of this school emo crap. School is causing everybody to be super emo and if it were a dude, i'd definitely kick it in the junk.

First visit to Alyson and Derek's pad proved to be most enjoyable, if gluttony and sloth were two of your all time top favorite things (broads, star trek and beer not included). Good thing because those just happen to be two of mine. We huffed and puffed and pretty much blew the place down, and then we ate it. Big ups to Derek for organizing this whole shindig, and i'm sure your name will be in the running to best boyfriend of the month category.
tangiers this thursday should be good times.
i bought eternal sunshine today for far too much money, but dammit. that is one hell of a good movie. charlie kaufman is the man. i like how it takes the same old story, but shows it in a completely original way.
ok, i've been staring at this screen for far too long now. this is probably why i don't post anymore. there should be a rule where you can't post while you're being emo. but i guess that would cut out at leat half of the posts that are posted on livejournal.
i wish i could sleep.
