Lobsterbacks ;)

That's right.
I had my first taste of lobster in my life.
Unexpected huh?
So my mother spontaneously brought me to Red Lobster for lunch today.
We both spent so many minutes to decide what to eat since it had been years since our last and first trip here.
My second trip to Red Lobster...but my first time eating lobster.
So I first had some New England Clam Chowder.
It was the second best I've ever tasted in my life.
The soup wasn't too salty and there was plenty of clam.
This is unlike most clam chowders since I have eaten clam chowder where there's more potatoes than soup or clam.
I then had their caeser salad...the usual.
But I never have and never will forget their biscuits.
I forgot what I ordered when I went the first time but I a remembered since then was their bisucits....mmmmm
When they are piping hot, the texture is so fluffy, but not flaky, and the aroma of the cheese and herbs and biscuits mixed into one inside my mouth.
Just after I finished my last bite of the second biscuit, my main course came.
I ordered a dish of seafood stuffing in tilapia with pieces of lobster on top with a layer of sauce.
Oh how soft the fish and stuffing were and they seem to melt in my mouth.
And the lobster with the sauce (it had butter in the sauce so I was guiltful afterwards) went into my mouth.
I chewed thoughtfully to get the most flavor out of it.
I have concluded that lobster must be a breed of both shrimp and crab because it tasted like both mixed together.
It was too bad I didn't save any room for dessert.
And it was too bad I didn't think about taking pictures.
So a $25 lunch lies in my stomach...waiting to be digested.
But a priceless memory will lie in my mind...never to be broken down.
