[The device turns on and shows the pouring rain quite clearly.  He's not inside, though, but under an overhang of some sort.  Madara's face comes into view and he had a look of boredom and indifference

Is there anything to do in this world? When I heard I had been pulled here I expected something more...excitement.

I did too, but was stuck with nothing much to do. At the very least they could have sent my sparring partner along...

Anyways, there isn't much to do on this side of the river, but if you're fast enough not to get caught, the might be something worth while on the other side.

Just a little harmless fun. They can't catch you if you're faster than them. It might make for an amusing little game of chase.
