Oh Mom blows me away. I'm listening to it first when the album comes out. I haven't listened to all the clips, but I've enjoyed Baby Good Night and Obsession too.
It's decent as a whole? When you listen to the songs from start to finish, but I think there's a few songs on there that I won't keep after listening to the full versions. I think their solo songs are a lot better than the songs they did together.
I was always looking forward to it, but kind of worried that it wouldn't be great. But I'm really happy with it (based on the little clips). And I just realised that all the one's I've listened to several times are their solo ones O_O. I'm soooo glad Teddy got sidestepped for this. The other guys have done a much better job with producing imo.
As far as I know he's produced a lot of 2NE1's stuff, and it started to sound a little samey. He also worked a lot on Solar (but I loved that, so kudos to him), and also on Se7en's new stuff. It seems that having Kush in on this album has made it sound fresher, but maybe that's just me?
