Mod post - claims and inactive journals

Ok! So I've got a question for all of you. There are a tooon of inactive journals that have claims. So my question for you is should I go through and free up those claims or should I just leave them as is and if someone wants to claim a bff that belongs to an inactive journal then that's okay? I know I'm guilty of not updating my journal as much as I should, but I still use it elsewhere in other comms so I'm trying to be fair to those people, but then again if it doesn't look like they don't post and they don't care about the claim, but someone else would? Then why not be fair and let them have it?
