Hah! I love it. I'm in the middle of a giant internet cafe in Xi'an right now. There are probably about a hundred chinese people in here, 80% of them playing games. China is a blast, if you can get over the fact that you can't say much to people. Besides bargaining for really cheap stuff, I can ask people a few questions, but there's probably about a 30% chance I'll have any idea what they say in response. Still, this country's alright. We stay in Nanjing, and fly to various destinations during the weekend. We've been to Shanghai (nice metropolis, but too westernized), Guilin (Hot and humid, kinda like hell), and now Xi'an. We didn't get here until about 8 pm, but this place seems a lot like CA in terms of the summer weather and plants and such. My friend from berkeley agrees. Ok, I didn't think I'd be doing much internet surfing here, but hey, it's an hour for less than a buck. Ok, I'm pretty sure the guy next to me is trying to read this, let's hope he's as good at english as I am at Chinese.
