Solemn low five
So this is why it sucks to live in the UK.
1. Missing the World Magic Awards on Thursday (Which is Wednesday in the states I think). Why are they called the WORLD magic awards when they are only shown in the USA? And no one can work out how to record and upload it either! Some lovely people have offered to try and work this out with VHS and Tivo technology but, you know. TORTURE in the meantime.
2. Missing Neil on the Late Late Show. I HATE Ferguson. Last time Neil was on he was a total idiot. But we did get Vampire Face Neil. And I just know there will be awesomeness. Plus, I have NO idea what time/date this would equate to in the UK. Hopefully it'll be uploaded by the weekend.
3. You know that HIMYM set visit thing that went for just over $1000 dollars? My room-mate at work keeps jibing me about not bidding. I could totally have afforded it. I have savings. WHY DID I NOT BID? (Because it would have been stupid/impractical/obsessive/insane)

In other news:
Dexter Season 3 Ep9: Just gets better and better. Although I was hoping that Miguel was actually having an affair with the defence lawyer lady.
Big Bang Theory Season 2 Ep9: Sheldon doing street slang made me cry with laughter. And his Spock salute to Leonard's new gf also ruled.
House: I quite fancied Wilson when he was being all enigmatic this week. WRONGNESS!
Remember the other week I did that post on the interconnectedness of Neil Patrick Harris?
1. Alison was in Buffy in an episode with both Felica AND Nathan. All three have starred in a project with Neil
2. Leonard from Big Bang Theory played Neil's brother in Sudden Fury: A Family Torn Apart.
