Empty chair

1. Lily

The booth is big enough for four, Lily tells herself. It's always been big enough for four. The perfect number. When there were five of them, someone always had to sit on the end like a fifth wheel. And especially when Ted and Robin were a couple, it must have been awkward for him.

awwwwww.... it was so sweet that even in so much pain, even while ted's giving him the apology he deserves, barney's first thought is to check and see how *ted's* big moment went... very sweet, very emotional, love... loved it :)

Wow - thanks so much! Really, thank you.

I haven't written anything in so long, I thought this sounded a bit crap. But you've given me confidence.

Hey, gotta jump back on that horse sometime, you know? Personally I am all for you writing more often :D And wow, write fast much?

I looove that last moment where Ted tells him, but Barney's asleep. I would love to see something like that happen on the show. I'm waiting for a moment when *someone* finally tells Barney he's their best friend (Robin... I'm looking at you).

I liked Lily's musings, too. This was a good way to shake off the dust and stretch those writing muscles. Nice.

Yeah, I think I just need some NON RP time to get some inspiration again.

But I do have some right now. I think I got stuck with depression over Whiskey and my "As Fast As She Can" story, nether of which were any good or inspired me. *sigh*

I need to free myself up with some shorts and drabbles.

You definitely should. I adore the RP to death, but it's so stressful sometimes. Maybe we can slow it down a little so we don't all kill each other but it still lasts longer?

I am dying to get done with BIOM because I have a ton of one-shots I want to write.

Tell me about it. When do YOU get time to write, that's what I want to know?

Slowing it down would be great.

I don't really have a job is the thing :p I usually write late at night, until like 3am.
