anyone wishing to point out to west sussex police that this is the 21st century and women shouldn't have to cover anything but primary sex organs in public, may wish to go email the police authority bod at the council -

it's also particularly lovely that the police's actions were in part for 'the protection of the girls [sic]'.
because you see, if a girlWOMAN goes around in sexy clothes she is pretty much inviting an attack.
again i roll my eyes at the world over and over and over... i suggested that worthing police may have a training issue and that they should spend a few days learning about culture, diversity and gender politics.
