Marketers unclear on the concept -

The maker of the dolls my granddaughter has one of has been bombarding me with extensive, glossy catalogs - as well as their emails - ever since I bought an accessory for one of her dolls for Christmas.

I finally went to Catalog Choice and entered the company's name under "No more print catalogs please!" Reason, "I want to help the environment."

I just got a postcard from them warning me that I was in danger of never getting one of their catalogs ever again unless I mailed back the postcard saying I wanted to get them! So hurry, hurry, HURRY, mail it back NOW!

Hah.
