mmm so i totally ate last night. but its okay because the past couple of days ive been super good and i got my weight down to 114.5 at the gym. the lowest ive ever been at the gym scale was like 116. i remember going one time after binging big time and being like 122...that was like 3 months ago though. insane. i never wanna be like that again. so its okay that i ate last night cuz on my scale at home it says 113.5 so if i fast for two days (liquid) hopefully it will go down more!)my hair is much thinner now. and theres some certain spots on my scalp where my hair is falling out more. i need more protien so over the next two days im going to think of low cal protien snacks i can have when im high. ugh. stay strong girls
