Some songs stick with you for life. I think everyone has a certain song (maybe even two) that is the kind of thing that is as much as a part of them as their old stuffed animals are. A nostalgic, necessary kind of accessory. While mine would probably have to be some old Nirvana or Radiohead tune, there's more recent music that has come out in years

I wouldn't say they're underrated but there's certainly many of them that are not nearly as famous as others ("Shall I compare thee to a summer's day", etc.) but are equally beat-ay-ful.

And no problem. Like the Califone album, I've just been "sampling" what the records have been sounding like. I like waiting until the actual release so I can hold the CD and check out liner notes, etc. I'm a geek. Regarding Glissandro 70, I wouldn't expect much of anything in the future. Word is that they considered it but now that Sandro has so many new projects on the go, it's doubtful they'll even play another show together. Which sucks, royally.

I suppose the most we could guess for might be a contribution on some sort of another compilation CD, like "Voices Are Your Best Friend" on See You On The Moon! Which, by the way, if you have not heard, is quite good. Cute, really...

that's a huge shame, they kicked ass live. I'm glad however that we got the opportunity to see Glissandro 70 in action that one time, and yeah I bought See you on the moon! for my sister a few weeks ago. She loves every track of it (her favourites are 'be nice to people with lice' and that one by the fembots 'under the bed') it's been in our car cd player non stop lately, 'voices are your best friend' is actually my mom's favourite, and yeah, the lyrics are, cute
