I have decided to only let myself watch *one* drama for the next month or so.
When it's finished, I'll probably pick another one, but the key is to streamline the feed a bit...
To combat the obvious loophole, I'm also allowed only to read manga I can get out of the library in volume form.
Withdrawal has already provoked some ridiculous behaviors.
Reading recaps of a show I only finished watching a couple of months ago, at most...
