Y'know, I think I'm the only one who truly did not like last night's Supernatural episode. Yes, the bits with Misha were pretty damn funny, but overall?
It left a bad taste in my mouth.
See, I'm not at all a fan of shows that try too hard to be clever and do the nudge, nudge, wink, wink thing to a small portion of the entire fanbase. It ends up being a bunch of inside jokes that the majority of the viewers don't get, and that's just not much fun, IMO.
And if you think they weren't very deliberately playing to a small, select group of the entire fanbase, I suggest you take a look at the title of the episode again and then rewatch it, paying close attention to how you're never told WHY the boys supposedly haven't been talking. Really.
