It's Monday AGAIN?!

Last night was awesome, but then I tend to expect that from the boys. Drunken Rock Star Karaoke was priceless, and massive kudos to Steve (drunk as he was) trying to salvage Sweet Home Alabama and Drift Away after Jason drunkenly talked them into playing it. And Steve's spot-on impression of Eddie Veder during their rendition of Yellow Ledbetter had us all in tears.
The absolute highlight of the night, however, was getting to meet and hang with moonmelody and technosage. New girlies are always awesome, and they are the awesomest!
Tonight is the Foos, yaye!!!! Which, of course, means there probably won't be enough caffeine tomorrow, either, but Dave is worth it. And speaking of Dave, they're ALREADY doing load-in, so I'm expecting his hottassedness to be in the building within the next few hours. *prepares stealth stalking persona*
And because I know some of you will ask...the date went smashingly well. First, let me just 'fess up that he's one of the guys I work with. We've been flirting for a bit now, and he asked me out 'for drinks' on Thursday. So off we went after work on Friday to the little hole in the wall bar up the block. Had a few drinks there (on an empty stomach, so those of you who know me...yeah), then it was off to dinner, followed by a viewing of Eastern Promises. I had a lot of fun, we spent a lot of time talking about a lot of different things, and we'll be doing it again soon. :)
