Black beans
Red beans (red and black beans should make up the bulk)
Cooked quinoa
Onions, diced
Carrots, diced
Green beans, diced
Bread crumbs/oatmeal/wheat bran (little of each or any combination thereof)
Garlic
Chili pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Cumin
Thyme
Cajun seasoning
Oregano
Tahini/Egg (equal parts, or any combination of)
Ketchup
Mustard
Shredded cheese
Mash beans or put through food processor. Mix in vegetables and dry ingredients first, then wet. Fold in cheese last. Form into a loaf and bake at 350 for 1 hour. 30 minutes in, brush top of loaf with olive oil.
