Live Journal...how do I despise thee? Hmm actually this is a pretty decent forum for ranting so I am kinda glad I have it.Shout outs to Jenni for making this all possible.
Well,where to begin? The beginning I suppose..but that always takes to long so lets just jump into what happened since my last post.Christmas came and went....I made out like a bandit and his sister and their dog.Nah but i did get a lot of things from people I didn't expect to.Makes things kinda awkward when someone hands you agift and your reply is "Oh thanks...I forgot to bring yours" Flash forward a couple days...The Toadies Last Tour of Texas pulls into SA.Eventful to say the least..ended up being a big party comparable to the Superdrag show but a lot more crowded and about two hundred degrees hotter.Plus I was coherant the entire evening which is always a good thing.I did the Toadies thing solo the next night though..in Austin...was just as hot but there seemed to be more room to breathe.Plus I got in for free which is always choice.New Years Eve came right on the tail of that and it was quite a change from traditionally spending the last few hours at my grandfathers house.Instead Vicky,Jeremy and myself headed to James's place where the alcohol flowed until the bodies hit the floor.I even worked the next day with my first ever hang over.Wow,if thats not pathetic then I don't know what is.Oh wait yeah I do,working at IHOP...which I have done less and less of lately.Its not that I hate IHOP...I mean I do..but it just has coincided with a lot of stuff that I deem more important. Like sleep...and..um sleep.My gig at the SBC is shaping up to be one of the coolest decisions of my life.Good money...free entertainment..and I eat five star food every night for free.Sweet deal.Now if only I had someone to share my good fortune with.Well I do have my dog Punk,and my brother is really coming into his own.I sure am proud of him.Vicky too..she works really hard at her job and spends almost no time at home.She's too busy having fun with her friends and cousins and I couldn't be happier for the munchkin.As for me....I've been reading and trying to get my room into some semblance of order...I really do have too much stuff.I say its all the companies fault for making stuff I can't refuse to buy.Damn Marvel Comics too.I am so going to go broke this year with all the new movies, and the Marvel Legends line kicks my ass.Sure am looking forward to the rest of the basketball season too..the Spurs are finally getting their act together.Freddy thinks they'll go out in the first round but I think as long as someone else lucks into beating Sacramento,the Spurs will get to hang a new banner over David Robinson's last season.Heres my list of what I'm into at this particular time...

DVDS:Transformers Season 2(Damn this show is hokey),LOTR,Evening With Kevin Smith..brilliant and way entertaining
Video Games:When I have time to play...nothing unwinds like NBA Jam 2000..yes I'm still stuck with an N64
Foods:Italian Chop Salad,Asian Dragon Noodles,Chicken Penne Pasta alla Norma from the Terrace Club
Hair color:Samwise Gamgee Red
Figure Lines:Marvel Legends,NBA Series 2 and that is it! I am so dreading the first waves of Kevin Smith's View Askewniverse line.75 planned figures? Dammit.
Holy crap this post got really long really quick.Guess I should run.i have a ton of toys and comics to get rid of tomorrow.Wishing me luck.In summary this looks to be a turbulent year.I have 5 count em five payments left on my car and I owe my dad less than $2,000.This summer looks to be full of change.Who knows what that might mean?
