***CONFESSIONS TOUR***
ok so remember how i always said the day of the last madonna concert was the best day of my life? ok well its been replaced by today. for sure. i woke up in a nervous jitter. i got ready and was eventually dropped off at bayside around 5:30 to meet up with Icon people (the official fanclub). no one shows up but i meet some two random chicks at the bar who are going to the concert. jose happened to be there so we met up. eventually two guys with icon shirts show up and i follow them and ask them if they were there for the pre party. they were but didnt find anyone. eventually all these ppl meet up and we all start having funa nd talking. i went and grabbed a bite to eat. i go back to the icon people when i get a call from jose. "i just met mihran and another dancer and took pics with them.
i freaked. my one soul mission in going to the concert was to meet any dancer (preferrably cloud). Cloud is my favorite dancer and has been for more than a year. i've always wanted to meet him. jose met other dancers though. so i abandon the icon people and go to where jose is at the arena. no dancers, just one of those jesus loving radicals that always say that god hates us and to repent from our sins. he's screaming "madonna is the devil incarnate!" and everyone saying "FUCK YOU!" in reply so i was gonna go back to bayside but decided to make the line. i found two girls that i had met before from icon too. we started chatting when all of a sudden, I SEE DANIEL CLOUD CAMPOS walk by me. i started shaking. i tell the girl and she freaks out with me. i run up to him and go "cloud can i take a picture with you?" he responds with a "yeah sure!" and takes a pic with me. then some other ppl ask him for pics.
most people are oblivious to who he is (theyre not as big a fan as other people). so im there and im freaking that i met the one dancer ive been dying to meet. he is literally the closest thing to madonna. so i call jose and jose runs back to the arena and catches cloud for a picture. unfortunately the pic i took with cloud came out retarted so jose took one with his friend's camera.
and then he left and i got in the line witht he two girls. we waited until we got in. i stuffed my camera in my crotch and no one checked me ont he way in so i was successful. once i got in i didnt care for merchandise, i just wanted to see the stage and my seat. so i did. i started walking around and who do i fucking spot? INGRID CASARES. i freaked. ingrid is one of madonna's best friends and was in the sex book. i didnt even care. i was like "inngrid? can i take a picture with you?" and shes like "oh wait" and told the guy she was with to take a picture of my shirt for madonna!!! she usually goes around the crowd looking for the best shirts to show madonna. then i took a picture with her.
i got a call from suzie (my yoga teacher) asking me where i was and to meet up with her. so i went to a bar by the entrance of section 119 and met her up <333. we had fun talking and crap and then her seat was really awesome. she made my day (even more). i return to my section. after this GLORIA ESTEFAN of all people shows up and sits in the row next to mine with all her family. then lily from el gordo y la flaca passes by me and the chick from decco drive/channel 7 news is praised by the people behind me. it was like all of miami high society was there lmao. eventually the lights go out. i freaked. the disco ball comes down and opens. and ofcourse, her madgesty is inside. i died seeing her infront of me for the second time.
then get together. she stopped before like a virgin and asked "are u ready to ride with me miami???". before jump she said "thank you for coming to our little show. the night is young and the show has just begun" everyone and everything was wild. i could not believe my eyes. then live to tell. cloud was SO amazing in his part.
it was so beautiful. then forbidden love. then isaac came out and sang and then she came on and danced with him. then sorry. holy crap. it was AMAZING. the crowd went wild and everyone sang along. after sorry she stopped to ask "theres a lot of people who talk, but how many people in this place walk the walk???" /loud scream from audience. then she performs like it or not.
so amazing. at this point im sweating my ass off. then sorry interlude comes on. i call baby immediately. after sorry interlude she comes out again for i love new york. she screams "if you dont like my attitude, then you can FUCK OFF! just go to texas, and you can suck george bush's dick!!!" while holding her guitar. the crowd goes wild.
she finishes with an amazing solo and then before ray of light she asks that everyone be jumping. it was such a fun song, the crowd get really energetic. "YOU'RE NOT JUMPING!" she screams halfway through lmao. after ray of light, let it will be comes on and i freak. its my favorite song live. i put my hand in my pants at the same time she does. then she goes crazy and i do too.
she stops and sits. "if cleopatra can sit than so can i, not that i'd compare myself to her" she remarkes sarcastically. she starts talking about how she didnt think she would make it through the show. "i have a problem with sleeping. i think a lot of people here do too, in fact i think most of miami has trouble sleeping" a loud roar from the audience. "i used to live here you know. back in the good ol days. i had fun...then i had too much fun. i went away and i grew up, and now i came back to have fun. now are u guys gonna help me have some fun?" and then refers to the front row bitches. she looks at some guy taking off his shirt and says "dont throw that at me, k? i dont want your sweaty t-shirt. no gracias, no." LMAO.
she sings drowned world and paradise. im the only one in my section standing and dancing and singing still. i bitch at the people around me.
then music comes on. my fav performance of the night. all the dancers come out on roller skates doing crazy shit. madonna appears in her suit. im the only one who knows the live version by memory.

then la isla bonita kicks in. after this comes lucky star. she puts on her cape.
after this is hung up. HOLY CRAP. the hung disco ball lights up the entire arena with rainbow lights. so beautiful. she gets everyone crazier than ever. then she goes back, the screen comes down...and its over =[.
after the show i rush out to get my merchandise. i bought two shirts, a poster, a hat, a tourbook, a dogtag, and a wristband. all came to a total of $200. i go outside and meet the same girls from before. we talk about the concert. cloud passes my again and the girls scream "we love you cloud!!!" he waves and keeps walking. my mom calls me to go to where she dropped me off today at bayside. i walk back and on the way see cloud on a corner talking to two of his friends. far way from any crowds. i ponder whether to ask him for another picture because the one on my camera came out bad. i walk up to him
me: hey cloud sorry to bother you but the picture i took came out bad do u mind if we take another?
cloud: sure no problem man. /we take picture. so did u enjoy the show?
me: SO much. you were so incredible and amazing.
cloud: /jokingly. well i dunno i wasnt THAT great tonight.
me: umm...YES you were, u had me sweating my ass off.
cloud: haha well where were u sitting?
me:on the floor
cloud: did i pass by u at any point?
me: yessir. and it was the shit.
cloud: awesome.

...did i just have a fucking conversation with cloud campos....i was in shock. no fucking way. i had been obsessed with him for like a month and had been dying to meet him for a year. w/e. it was the best day of my life. mom and dad picked me up. went to baby's to show him all the stuff. the lucky bitch goes 2moro. well yea, great day. longest post ever. but worth it. all these pictures were taken by me!!! i have a katrillion more AND videos.
