Easy, healthy dinner

We had the yummiest dinner last night! I bought McCormick Golden Dipt Ginger Teriyaki Marinade for Seafood - found it by the meat counter at my local Kroger. Marinaded 1.5 lbs of salmon filets (enough for dinner and a couple lunches of leftovers!) for about 25 minutes. Baked on a foil-lined pan at 425 degrees for about 14 minutes. Where do you buy edamame? I have looked everywhere!! I looked at Kroger (I heard it was there), Asian markets....Where can I *defniitely* find it?

I found it in the frozen veggies section at Kroger, and I've also seen it in the produce section at Walmart.

I haven't ever seen them in the frozen veggies section at Kroger, and I have REALLY looked. Are they marked edamame?

Yep - that's what it says on the package. At my Kroger, it's between the 'name brand' frozen veggies (like Green Giant) and the Kroger brand. And the Edamame is Kroger brand.

on a scale of 1 to 10, how fishy does this taste? I need to eat more fish, but I'm not such a big fan.

Um...maybe a 7? But Josh isn't into fish, either. Try it with a giber/teriyaki marinade, then just a little soy sauce after it's done. The sweet and salty combo is great.
