Texas Torte

There's nothing very revolutionary about this, but it's totally yummy. It was served to the teachers at my school for an appreciation breakfast. We had it cold, and it was great.

Texas Torte

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tbs flour
½ tsp salt
1/3 cup milk
4 oz. can chopped green chili peppers
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Add eggs to flour, milk and salt; beat well.
3. Add peppers and cheese; mix well.
4. Pour into greased baking dish; bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Cool and cut into squares.

NOTE: I have this cooking right now in a glass brownie dish, so it'll be thick. If you want it thinner, just spread it out in a larger dish.
