worked the nightshift tonight.
With the exception of a couple internal networks, moved a ton of Layer 3 gateway networks off a core layer3-switch into a clustered routing environment, &then scanning these networks to make sure traffic can hit these networks from the outside, in through the carriers, then in through our new routers, to then sent down to Layer 2 link with vlan trunking from the core layer3-switch to its rightful end switch. Goal tonight was to clear up the core switch to only Layer 2 services, along with some upgrades of the Management software. This will alleviate the device from any load and segmenting the network into a logical separation for management & future troubleshooting.
