(no subject)
In honor of the approaching premiere of HSM 2, I have decided to make a post about it. A priviledge indeed when all there really is here is nothing of quality. ;)
Anyway, I remember looking forward MONTHS before the first one came out. This is rather sad considering I am well past the target age audience for Disney but my sister HOGS the TV all the time and this is what I get to see. And they PR'ed the shit out of it, enough that those miserable 15 seconds of "Breaking Free" were stuck in my head as my Dinosaur of a teacher barked at me for being inconsiderate during class. Do you know how hard it was to not laugh when you have "sooooooaring!flyyyyyyyyyying!" repeating incessantly? Very.
Now, thanks to the hype, I guess there is no shame in saying that I watched HSM, so I can blab all I want.
Let's start with this:
Wow, where to begin, eh?
Zac Efron is like the march leader in a gay parade here. He is well into tune of his ANGRY!YOGA poses and the chic black ensemble? He only needs a man bag to complete it.
Seriously.
I have great respect for Baby V. Being a fag hag to this is definitely a hard nights work. But then again he looked v. edible in that Rolling Stone cover so maybe I can understand her.
Anyway, this is my favourite song from the soundtrack. According to my iTunes I've played it 46 times. I think I quit after I played it for my ten year-old sister.
I asked her what she thought of it. Her face scrunched in the manner it did after she watched Raise Your Voice with H Duff. And, to show the seriousness of the situation, she went from a Teeny Bopper to an anti-fan from that movie alone.
BECKY: It's awful
Does this mean that she has better taste in music than me? lol.
I KNEW LISTENING TO AQUA ALL THOSE YEARS WOULD HAVE SOME REPERCUSSIONS!
