I only just heard of The Tilted Kilt recently. Apparently, they're looking to expand up here in the NYC metro area.

Thanks Noah.. It's like Ruby Tuesdays bought hooters and moved it to an Irish pub, than made the waitresses wear kilted skirts about as wide as my belt... I think you'd approve...
