DOCTOR VISIT
So all those times i felt like i couldnt breath ... i wasnt nuts. I now gto the inhaler club. fun fun. I went to the doc and supposedly i have some thing that isnt exactly asthma but my bronchial tubes twist and spassam causing the air ways to become obstructed. So in te office they did a breathing test which showed that i had below normal breathing, so they gave me a fast acting inhaler which made an improvement. soo now i get a preventitive inhaler 3x a day and this will make sure i dont need a fast acting one. unless i start sports again thats when ill get one of those. my anxiety is bad :(
