thats it. im going to be lean. i swear.
starting tomorrow, im going to go to the gym and instead of going in there and trying to figure out what to do, this is what i'm doing..
30 minutes on the bike, 4x a week.
Period.
and i'm going to stop eating carbs. yuck.
okay, except ramen, but ramen will be my only carbs..
oh.. and liquer.
YES.
No more french fries.. pizza or anything else.
preferably chicken, veggies, and RAMEN.
Thats it. I'm soo loosing weight now.
Hmm. I wonder if I'll actually walk all the way to the gym. -.-
