I agree. It's so funny because there were so many young men that I met who were interested in Japan because of bushido and ninjitsu and the other martial ways of Japan who didn't see all that went into the Japanese society as a whole. All cultures have something remarkable and repulsive about them. Sometimes when I think of how amazing Japan is I don't forget how they place the onus of responsibility of rape on the victim.
