Snake finally did it. It took time, effort, skills, and some loss to his dignity, but he finally managed to convince Samus to get in bed with him. It was probably the greatest accomplishment of the soldier's life, and he wasn't going to let anything ruin it. No, it was just him, Samus, the bed and --
"HALT!"
The pair looked up in confusion as the door suddenly burst open, interrupting Snake's moment of glory. All he could hear was the clinking noises of armor as the stranger walked through the door, holding his hand out in a classic "Stop" pose.
"What the...?" Samus grunted, moving out from underneath Snake to get a better view of the idiot who had interrupted him.
And there was Pit, dressed in a Greek helmet, breastplate, and codpiece in all of his glory. He held out a condom, oblivious of the death glares he was receiving from Snake.
"I'm here to talk to you about Trojan latex condoms! You can't score without a game plan!" Pit stated triumphly. "It'll offer you all the protection you need and the sensitivity you desire!"
There was a long, awkward pause as Snake and Samus stared at Pit for a very long time, perhaps in an effort to make him go away. But Pit was neither psychic, nor well versed in the body language of mortals, and with a defeated sigh, Samus spoke first.
"... Well, that killed the mood. I'll see you later, Snake," Samus pushed the soldier off of her and retreived her clothes, leaving the two men alone in the room.
"Hm, that's weird!" Pit commented, turning around to watch the other woman leave. "Oh well, I guess that's better than ending up a dad, right Sna-?"
As Pit would soon find out, turning your back on Snake was often a very, very bad idea.
