Things I've Done: Red
So.... I'm going to be busy these next two weeks, I believe...
So I have all my books and art supplies for Durham, and I'm getting very excited. Getting all the cool brushes and watercolor paper, paints, etc. made me want to be an artist again. When I was little, I'd fill tons of sketchbooks with little pencil sketchings and whatnot. Some where actually really good. Well, by some I mean 1 or 2. But still. I like drawing. I realized I suck at it though. Ha ha. So this is my first art class ever. Not actually my first, but those art classes we were required to take in grades K-8 don't count. So while you all are slaving away at your summer jobs, I will be out in the English countryside painting, while a slight breeze plays with my hair and ruffles my long white Bohemian-style skirt. Isn't that a pretty picture? I can paint with words, just not brushes... *sigh* I'll also be going broke. But nonetheless, I am definately excited. I just have to start doing the reading that was assigned for before we start classes. Anyway, let me know and I'll send you a postcard... ;) You know you want me to... Have to go make a notecard for my psych final. Almost done!!
