He still hasn't returned your clothes to you?

He hasn't. I get the feeling he gave them to someone else to hide in case he caved.

I doubt that's the case. He's probably just working on his shop.

His shop is pretty far away and it's still below freezing outside, isn't it? Without warmer clothes, how does he even expect me to safely walk there, let alone retrieve my things.

If you really wish to go there, I suppose you could take my coat.

Aren't you still recovering?

Besides, if I go there I'm afraid I won't be able to stop myself from drowning him in the lake....

Once you retrieved your own clothing you could give it back to me.

It would be hard to live with him, yes. Though he only wishes to help.

I know that, but even just an hour or two would be dangerous for your health, wouldn't it?

[...]

Are you trying to tell me I'd be better off living with him? That Akito wouldn't mind? That he wouldn't do anything about it?

Just an hour wouldn't affect it too much.

No, I'm merely trying to make sense of his mind.

[...Fine. Will believe Hatori on that.]

...You know as well as I do that a feat like that is impossible... right?

(Oh, good~)

It seems that way, yes.

If he paid more attention, he'd know his plan of action wouldn't work.

Akito wouldn't just punish me; he'd punish Nii-san, too and anyone else involved. I wish he'd just think before he did things.

Ayame has never been one to think before doing. Nor has he ever been one to listen to Akito. I'm not surprised he did this.

...You didn't know anything about his plan beforehand, did you?

No, I didn't.

I wonder if Shigure was his partner in crime, then. There had to have been an accomplice somewhere along the line.
