☃ 2nd Rat Tale [voice]

When you come from a country that doesn't often have snowfall, seeing it in such a beautiful display seems like a special gift. It's a shame it isn't snowing today, too, although I suppose most people are grateful. Unfortunately, with the snow comes bitter coldness. Winter without the cold would be nice, I think.

Oh--Although I'm not a doctor, I'll ( Read more... )

Oh--Hello, Tsuna-san.

Isn't it? It would be nice to see the city completely blanketed in snow, even for just one day.

I am warm--quite a few offered to give me their coats and they didn't even know me. I wonder if Haru has been saying good things about me and bragging unnecessarily.

...You're right. Although this kind of situation is far from pleasing, it does teach us what is truly important in life. It's a little depressing, but it also gives me hope.

Ah--I'm sorry. I felt guilty taking the spare coat from Zuko. I wouldn't want to take something that you think is special.

Yes, Haru is my cousin, along with Shigure, Hatori, and Kisa.

Right! Although it's hard, it's definitely the best thing to do.

Really? Even so, it must be very rare. You shouldn't offer something like that to someone you barely know. Still, I appreciate the thought.

Y-Yes. He is my cousin. I only have a vague idea as to why he moved out, though. From the looks of it, however, he may be moving back in. I'm not entirely sure, though.

Do you have special abilities, then...?

It's nice living with family, but fitting six people into one apartment is pushing it. If any more of my family comes, I'm not sure we'd be able to fit. We'd have to split up or something.

Kind of?

That seems useful! I've studied martial arts for a few years, but I'm not sure I could actually take on these monsters. That's why I don't travel alone.

Ah! Thank you for the offer, Tsuna-san. I don't want to intrude, though. I'm sure we'll be fine.

Family is family. You don't need to be bound by blood to be a family. A husband and wife typically aren't bound by blood when they marry, right?

Don't worry, Tsuna-san. I can run fast if I end up outnumbered. Ah, blowing things up isn't good.

Well... You live there, so it's yours. I imagine everyone lives in their apartment for free.

It's all right if you don't want to explain it--but if you do, I'm all ears.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can avoid all the monsters. I'd rather fight than run, but I'm smart enough to know when it's a fight I'll lose. That's true. Dynamite seems like a very difficult weapon to control.

I understand, Tsuna-san.

Ah... So a complicated relationship. Even so, it sounds to me as though you're still family.

[ Here, have a beautiful, princely smile. ]

I usually walk with Hatori or Haru; we look out for each other.

It's fine, Tsuna-san. Really.

That's the most important thing, isn't it...? A family who supports one another....
