(no subject)
Missed the sound of the rain. Gonna sleep with my window open tonight, and enjoy it.
Got my flu shot yesterday. I was expecting to make an appointment to get the shot, not actually get it then but.. might as well get it over with. The shot itself wasn't too bad; I didn't faint. I got a little lightheaded and wanted to tell her to get that needle the fuck out of my arm already, but I suppressed myself. Feeling the residual pain though. I don't know if it's just because it's an IM shot (to the deltoid -- muscle around and down the side of the shoulder) or because it's a flu shot or what but it makes my arm ache. Actually my armpit hurts. Whoever heard of an armpit hurting from a deltoid shot... Rediculous.
I studied a lot Wednesday, some on Thursday, gave myself a break yesterday, studied for like 8 hours today....and right now my brain feels like mush. And I don't feel ready yet. Tomorrow I'll have Nate quiz me on math crap. It figures that a subject where I think I'll be safe from math I'm not. But it's easy stuff, so I'll stop complaining now.
I'm tired and I have the luxury of sleeping in my bed tonight without having to be up at the ass-crack of dawn in the morning, so this will be me saying goodnight.
