Books I Need To Read:
Bound Feet and Western Dress(Woman grown up in China when feet were bound, moved to U.S. when eighteen, huge culture clash, grew up in early 1900s)
The Twentieth Wife(Mogul, India, woman who is the daughter of a statesman in arranged to marry cruel man, however, in love with the emperor to be since very young at court, grows up who marries another nobleman, ends up joining emperors harem)

Not a feminist rant, just some books recommended by my roomie Nick(as he dictated this all to me).
The Laws of Seduction(apparently by same guy who wrote Laws of Power, about how to seduce people in general vs. just sexual, takes classic examples from history and applies it to functional and practical)
Okay, that was my lovely reminder to myself today. :-)
