*Sigh* All my recent posts seem to be frustration posts...well here's another one for ya:

I was on a meeting yesterday afternoon and so I couldn't be reached. It turned out that one of my booker's had booked a folder of accounts incorrectly, and so the department that pays the bills couldn't pay them and had to fix it themselves (because I wasn't available, the booker's don't have the access I have). So a guy from that department goes nuts (their department manager) and start scolding the booker (she's pregnant btw, and only has two months to go), and I mean he was foaming at the mouth. He tried to get her to fix the bills herself, but she couldn't, and so he just threw words at her.

My frustration is that I pay a therapist a lot of money every week to hear that people don't have to be perfect and it's all right to make mistakes. Well is it?? If people react like that to mistakes? Clearly not, in my opinion. I don't act like that towards other people, and so I hate seeing adults act like that to me or the other adults around me. I mean, it's not as if she did this intentionally! Oh that guy so gets to me... It's very evident that he's of the old school of management; scream the employees until they understand, and make people feel as miserable as you feel while you're at it. Even employees who aren't in your department, or institution for that matter. How dare he behave like that to my employees? He should have waited until I could be reached instead of having a go at them.
