So I found this cd of "new album demos" from Brand New and passed them on to Ian to listen to. They are really good, but the word on the internet is actually that those nine songs are all stuff that probably won't or didn't make it onto the new album. If that is true, then the songs that did make it onto the album must be great. It gives me a lot of hope for that cd. I thought it would be hard for them to live up to their last album, but it looks like they are going to.

I have about a week and a half left of school. Then I'm going to be done. Graduated. It's pretty weird, but I really am ready to get out of here. I'm sick of it on a whole new level than I ever have been before. I'm ready to live in Clarksville again without constantly moving back and forth. I'm sick of the driving from here back home and then back again on the weekends. I'm sick of school and the pointless work. Lately just looking at a lot of the things in this town makes me sick. I think I'm really only going to miss 2 things about it: My friends and Pizza Express. But I won't lose my friends and I can eat pizza express when I come back up here to visit Frey next year. So I have a part of a song that I dedicate to Bloomington:

I'm sure I will have much fonder memories of this place in the future, but for now I just need some distance.
