Catlike tendencies:
Almost uncomfortably warm.
Tail shifts centre of gravity.
Immediate urge to climb things.
Senses relocated from hands and eyes to whiskers, ears. Focus shifted drastically. Took some getting used to. Instead of "seeing" or "feeling," I "smelt" and "heard" beyond the usual senses. Physical disturbance of whiskers is painful and almost nausea-inducing. Scrambles senses. Fur itched, caused shivering sensations, but this didn't last long.
Distinct hunger for fish. (rather disturbing)
Movement is slightly smoother, more suited to land, it seems. More solid, yet more articulated. Had to get accustomed to an odd, almost detached spine.
Easily startled. Note, however, that perching on the back of a recliner does not work very well.
After a few hours, personality effects have grown in severity: Increased propensity to boredom, urges to bat at things and people, to climb on them, to snuggle them....
