It's Saturday morning. I slept in and lazed in bed for awhile as I usually do when I don't have specific plans for a Saturday.
Then I got up, put on my workout clothes, and not just did my usual morning workout, but added several new elements since I've been feeling like the usual workout wasn't challenging enough.
I have never before in my life done this on a Saturday. Saturday was always a "day off" from such things. But I really wanted to do it today.
What the hell is wrong with me?
