I want to do something new with winter greens (kale, chard, and such) for a side dish for Thanksgiving. My usual recipe is some variation on braised with garlic; last couple times I did golden raisins and pine nuts, which is tasty, but I'd like some variation. There must be something more interesting possible.
Anyone got suggestions? Needs to be vegetarian, and I'd prefer not creamed (want some contrast to the other rich dishes in the meal). I've been looking at recipes online but am not super-inspired so far.
