Hare Hare Yukai is so haaaard!!!

I'm trying to learn Hare Hare Yukai from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, but it's really hard! I can get to the chorus fine, but some of the hand movements are really really complex. If anybody knows any good tutorials, feel free to share! I'm just doing it full speed, though. Slowly confuses me...
I'm learning it for the expo, so I have loads and loads of time...
I don't know why I'm freaking out...
