I'd like to take this opportunity to shamelessly exercise one of privileges of being a mod and mention tv_icontests. tv_icontests is a new multi-fandom community encouraging people to make icons for shows they don't normally watch. This week failegaidin has provided a few caps from Buffy, all three CSIs, and Smallville. One of her spins is that you can only submit two icons so that one person doesn't sweep the board every week. It's a great community, and I'd love to see you over there. The first icontest is running through Sunday, October 26, 2008, so I encourage you all to take a look ... and suggest NCIS as a possibility for future icontests.
