Help Me!! Request.
I need someone who is willing to make me a "The Phantom of the Opera" layout.

header/banner: I would love a banner on the top of my livejournal like this one Lj
page title: The Phantom of the Opera
entry alignment:(left, right, center) : Center
entry border: (ex. solid, dashed, dotted, inset, outset) dotted
border size:(ex. 1=thin, 10=very thick) 4 in
border color: 660000 not sure what the color is but, heres a link to were I picked to color from Color Chart Its in the red area
link colors: 3399FF this color on the same chart. Its a blue light
link hover color: white
link effects: upside down?
text alteration: "comment" is to be changed to "Angel of Music". "1 comments" to "1 Angel of music"
font: Arial
font color: white I want the entry box to be blk mainly everything blk but, the colors I listed above stay the same.
font size: 14
cursor: I want the phantom if the opera mask to be the cursor. Or just plain cursor if u can't find the mask.
scrollbar colors: white
page transitions: None not sure what this is.
