Please excuse this non-icon post. But I just made a new community and I'd like to do a little pimping :D
Allow me to present:
fandom_knit!
I started a new community and I would love for you to join! It's a knitting/craft community dedicated to all the fandommy things that people love to knit - Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Doctor Who, Firefly, etc etc etc. I decided to create the community because while there are lots of fandom-specific knitting communities, there wasn't one central location for us. I plan on having tutorials, brand new patterns, techniques, and project ideas.
I'm still working on the main resource post, but if you think you'd be interested in this group, please join!
