1. I like how simple this icon is. My only recommendation would be to add a little bit of a shadow under the chair and Howard's feet. Otherwise I really like the coloring and use of negative space.
3. This icon makes a little dizzy, to be honest. Maybe lower the opacity on the other two Flashes.
4. I'm not a fan of the red light texture. Also, the background is too busy. Try playing around with the background -- with a motion blur or a radial blur -- something that will put more emphasis and draw the eye straight to Bernadette.
5. Okay, this icon. I LOVE the concept of it! I love the top image exactly as it is. Don't change a thing. In fact, what I would suggest is that the other 2 images are more like the top one: erase most of the background (leaving just a little to add interest) and keep the background on the other 2 images mainly that bright green color.
6. I love the coloring on the top image. I feel like it overshadows the bottom image. Maybe make the bottom big so that Leonard and Penny's faces can be seen just a little in the bottom image?
7. The icon is too busy and the multiple images are not in harmony, especially where it's just Sheldon's forehead at the top and part of his arm on the bottom -- that looks odd. Try playing with the images some more. Maybe move the bottom two even lower and than take the 3rd image and rotate is 90 degree and see how that looks on top?
9. I love the bright color and the composition. What I would like is a little more negative space. Try moving the colored image more to the right, covering some of the black&white image. The negative space will guide the eyes right to the images and with less coverage of the B&W image, both images will benefit.
10. I love the use of dark and light, but right now the dark is overpowering the light. Use a curves layer to brighten Leonard's face, neck and shirt so that they are brighter. It will make the icon pop.
I don't have any crit for #2 and 8.
