Thank you! Were you ever able to get the header to work?

Not really. I'm working on it. I like the way yours is set up, so I tried the code suggested for it, but it will not come out like this. It ends up with a red box around the entries - and very narrow. But the header will sit there. . .I don't know. It's just a bit annoying. (If you have any suggestions, let me know.) But I do want to make it work.

I'm not sure how much help I can be, but I uploaded the CSS stylesheet for this comm for you. You can compare that and the one you're using and maybe you can figure out how to get it to work. Click here to download it.
