Hi! :)
I haven't given concrit in a while, so I hope this won't sound like me babbling... Okay, here we go :)

If I have one thing to say, to start, it's that I find these really dark. They could all use more light and contrast. It's the main problem they have.

#1: It looks pretty, it could be a nice red icon, the fake background (I assume it's one) is nice, but it really lacks light and contrast and the side of her face looks over-sharpened from here. It also looks a bit LQ to be, perhaps it's the original image. You could smudge on her cheek and chin, or use filters like Reduce Noise (if you use PS) to fix that :)

#2: I like the look of this, it could be a really nice b&w icon, but same thing, it's too dark. Apart from that I like it, there's nothing much to say. He looks a bit over-sharpened to me but it could be my monitor so I don't know.

#3: Has a nice crop imo, but the bottom part being so dark is distracting. I had the same comment on my own icon, lol, but you can't really tell his neck from his coat/shirt. I think what could make it better, apart from adding light and contrast, would be a more distinctive colouring. I see some purple hues, but they're not that strong so it looks half-purple half-brownish. It's not a bad thing in itself, but going all the way with the colouring could make it more striking. (Not saying you have to agree with me, just a thought :))

#4: If I'm honest, I'm not a big fan of the composition, the top left-hand corner of the smaller image goes right between his eyes in the bigger image, and... Idk it feels a bit weird to me. It's never easy to try and add that extra something to an icon, I think it all drives us mad more often than not, but here I think removing the small image and going for the 'simple' way would make it better. I like the original crop you have, and the blue hues. It would be nice if they were a bit emphasized, and if the icon was a tad brighter. The contrast seems fine to me here, you'd just need a bit more light :) I also like the colours on his face.

#5: I like the top part of the icon, with her eye :) My problem is I really can't tell what's going on in the bottom part of the icon, you have this part below the text and I really can't tell what it is. About the text, with the crop you have, over the face text was a good idea, but perhaps make it bigger and bolder. I can read it, but it's much too dark, and the yellow doesn't blend well with the rest of the image imo. It also looks a bit too sharpened from here. So I'd re-do the text part completely, but before that I think you should make this one brighter as well.

So, in general, I really like your natural hues, they're pretty and they could be a real strength but you need to fix some aspects before that, most of all the lighting and contrast, and also the sharpening. Do you work with HQ or LQ screencaps? Some of these look a bit LQ from here, and it could be your editing process, but it could also just be the caps you're using. In that case, working with HQ caps would instantly make your like so much easier, I swear! I think you have some good icon ideas, which gives you potential! I hope my comments made sense... If you want me to give more precisions or to discuss things, just ask :)
(Also hope I don't sound too bitchy, if so I promise I didn't mean to...)

Thank you!!

I won't say this and that to defend them because I have deliberately chosen the bad or not so good once I've recently made. I wanted to hear what the problem is, sometimes I can't pinpoint it and sometimes ... well, let's not go there ;D As for the quality sometimes I use HQ and over texturaze them or can't get it right (1st one) sometimes not (the usher once) and then I just can't seem to icon them properly...

but anyway (: your comment did make sense ;) and I'll try to keep the points you've given me in mind!

and no you definitely weren't bitchy but helpful so thank you for that!
